As C is the centre of the circle above, so $AC=BC=$ radii of the circle which implies $∠BAC=∠ABC=50∘$ (In a triangle when sides are equal, the opposite angles are also equal)
As sum of the angles of a triangle is 180 degrees, in triangle $ABC$, we get $∠BAC+∠ABC+∠ACB=50∘+50∘+∠ACB=180∘⇒∠ACB=180∘−100∘=80∘$
Hence the angle subtended by the minor arc AB at the centre C i.e. $∠ACB=80∘$, so the answer is (B).
