Quantity A - (-12)*4 = (-1)*(6*2)*(4) = (-1)*(3*2*2)*(2*2) = (-1)*(3)*2^4
Quantity B - 12*(-4) = (6*2)*(-1)*(4) = (3*2*2)*(-1)*(2*2) = (-1)*(3)*2^4
Thus, Quantity A = Quantity B
