Judicial activism is a philosophy of judicial decision making whereby [#permalink]
In question 1,
Isn't a "critic" someone who gives an opinion either positive or negative? Why are we only concerned with detractors here and not the defenders?
Shouldn't we take the word "criticize" as the only negative opinion and words - "critics/critique" as both positive and negative opinion?
Carcass Please clarify as I couldn't understand from the internet in context of GRE.

Critics could be either positive or negative. It depends on the context.

In this scenario critics could be translated as = they are saying what in the passage Judicial activism?

I,II, and III

which one ?

Moreover, there is a tendency among the students to focus too much on a words. What I mean by that ?

Considering to practice this specific RC now.

I start the timer and here we go

First question and I read

According to the passage, critics opine that judicial activism:

My brain starts the process as follow in a snap

Inferecnce question I have to solve
which one is true among the three ? all or no one

Try to solve the question. I do not even think critics what is this , positive negative or else. I do know that someone is saying something about judicial activism and of the three which one is mentioned or implied in the passage

That's it

Please, let me know if you need further assistance sir
