hi all,i have completed my btech in this year with 7.6 cgpa in civil engineer branch .I want to write gre for spring 2016.can I get good universities with this cgpa? .Are there any chances to get scholorship from those good universities?

Yes Prabhakar you can get decent college for your GPA provided you score a decent GRE Score. The competition level for Civil is lower compared to Electrical and Computer Science hence your GPA won't be a great issue.
If you want funding I suggest you look for Phd Admits in USA as MS admits are usually unfunded at first in US. In Canada there is stronger possibility for getting a funded MS admit. The best option for you would be to make application to both countries in order to maximize your chances for a funded admit.
