Absolutely not

Team V scored 5 runs in the first inning in the first game of the World Series, but then team P scored 10 more runs in the second inning than team V.

V=5

P=5+10=15

Maybe the ambiguity COULD be in the end where should be specified in the first inning because could be the case the total of V in the whole game. But it reasonable to infer 10 more points than the first inning of V
