Now
\(4 =2^2\)
Therefore no. of factors = 3 (since no of factors of \(n^m\) = m+1)
\(6 = 2^1 * 3^1\)
Therefore no. of factors = 4 (since no of factors of \(n^m\) and \(x^y\)= (m+1) * (y+1))
\(8 = 2^3\)
Therefore no. of factors = 4
\(12 = 2^2 * 3^1\)
Therefore no. of factors = 6
\(14 = 2^1 * 7^1\)
Therefore no. of factors = 4
Ans - B,C,E

I think the question needs to specify "distinct" factors. Otherwise, it can be confusing.
