It is easy to notice that is m is smaller than 9, quantity A is greater; if m = 9, quantity A and B are equal and if m is greater than 9, quantity B is greater.

By using minima and maxima approach, we'll get minimum and maximum values of the two Quantities as below:
Quantity A: (Min = -3) and (Max = 3)
Quantity B: (Min = -3) and (Max = 3)
Here, it doesn't mean the two quantities are equal, rather it means If Quantity A is -3, then Quantity B is 3 and vice versa.
