$0.38, so the answer is A .
Solve the system:
$$
\(\begin{aligned}
& 3 a+4 b=1.37 \\
& 5 a+7 b=2.36
\end{aligned}\)
$$
Multiply first equation by \(\frac{5}{3}: 5 a+\frac{20}{3} b=1.37 \times \frac{5}{3} \approx 2.2833\)
Subtract from second: \(\left(7-\frac{20}{3}\right) b \approx 2.36-2.2833 \Rightarrow \frac{1}{3} b \approx 0.0767 \Rightarrow b \approx 0.23\).
Then \(a \approx 0.15\).
$$
\(a+b=0.38\) .
