The condition on x, dividing by 3 becomes \(\frac{1}{3}<x<\frac{2}{3}\). Thus, x is a number between 0 and 1, so that when it is raised to a power it becomes smaller. Therefore, when raised to power of 7 it is even smaller than when raised to 5 power.

Knowing X is positive, we can divide both side by x^5:
so Quantity A will be = 1, Quantity B = X^2
If 1/3<x<2/3 place in Quantity B it will be smaller than 1. Therefore A is the answer!
