The key is to use the median position.
There are 61 packages, so the median is the 31st package when weights are arranged from smallest to largest.
25 packages weigh less than 30 lb ---> positions 1-25.
30 packages weigh more than 45 lb ---> positions 32-61.
Therefore, the 31st package is the only one not accounted for, and its weight must be between 30 and 45 lb.
So the median could be less than, equal to, or greater than 37. The relationship cannot be determined
