The fastest way to solve it is to focus on the numerators. Since x > 3, the numerator of quantity A is positive, 2x-6 > 0, while the numerator of quantity B is negative, 3-x < 0. Then, given that the denominators are positive numbers, we can deduce that A > 0, while B < 0, thus A > B.
