No need to actually calculate 43% of 207.
Instead, recognize that 43% of 200 = 86
So, 43% of 207 will be greater than 86

So, we get:
QUANTITY A: some number greater than 86
QUANTITY B: 85

Answer: A

Quantity A: 43 percent of 207 = 89.01
Quantity B: 85
89.01 > 85

Correct Answer: A. The quantity in Column A is greater
