The Expression in the question becomes (1/560)^-4= (560^4)/(1^4) =560^4

A. 560^4(560-1)/(559) = 560^4
C.70^4*8^4=560^4

The question stem will be 560^4

So we need something that gives the same.

560^4 (560 -1)/559 = 560^4 * 559/559 = 560^4 (we select this option)

B will be 560^-10 so not correct.

C will be 70^4 * 8^4 = 560^4

And D will be 560^8

Let us examine each choice:

A. (560^4)*[560-1] / [560-1] = 560^4 --- True
B. 560 ^-10 --- Wrong
C. 70^4 * 8^4 = (70*8)^4 = 560^4 --- True
D. (560^16)^1/2 = 560^8 --- wrong

Answers are (A & C)
