Stuck at 160 in Q and 160V

I need help to improve on these scores... these are from ETS test #2 from CD and ETS paper based test questions practice test 1, I have a target of 165 in both.... any advice would be great. Can someone gimme a quick call and advice.. please let me know... it will be highly appreciated...
