The question can also be solved by looking at the decimal position of the both of numerator and denominator of the factions.

Approach:

The rule says to make the denominator as a whole number by shifting the decimal to the right, also move the decimal of the numerator to the right untill the value of denomincator is a whole number.

Solution:

When we follow the above approach we see that the factions are same.

Hence OPTION C is the answer.
