V1=22/7(2r)^2*3h
=12(22/7r^2h)
Therefore 12 times as before

Set up the formula for the volume of a right circular cylinder:
Volume = height * radius² * π
now plugin the given factors for each variable:
3 * h * (2*r)² * π (note that the radius * 2 must be taken to the power of 2)
solve to get: V = 3 * h * 4 * r² * π which equals V = 12 * height * radius² * π.
Compared to the original volume formula, this one is 12 times larger.
-> answer E is correct
