I usually start these type of questions (asking for divisors of relatively simple numbers) by trying to divide the quantities by numbers starting from 1.
Write down all the corresponding factors.
For Quant A:
30/1 = 30 (two divisors)
30/2 = 15 (two more)
30/3 = 10
30/4 is not possible
and so on.
--> A is bigger with 6 divisors versus B with 3 divisors
