look at the corresponding angles to each side and you'll notice that z=x. Equilateral triangle.
therefore x+z=2x
2x/2=x

Here given the two sides denoted as =x and two angles are denoted as = \(a^0\)
So the third angle will also be \(a^0\) (as shown in the figure), because the angles of equal sides is also equal.
So the triangle represent an equilateral triangle.
Hence QTY A = QTY B. Hence option C
