Data interpretation problems are usually basic math. You just have to be careful because they often involve sneaky tricks. Always invest a little time to understand the graph before you try doing the problem.
In this problem, each point apparently indicates how people rated a product in terms of availability and durability. Note that the scales are the same. This is important. If someone rates the product the same in both categories, then the point will lie on a diagonal line going up and to the right from the origin at a 45 degree angle. Thus, any product rated higher in terms of availability than in durability should lie up and to the left of that imaginary 45 degree line. Just count the points, double-check the ones that seem close to the borderline, and we see that there are 5. Of course 5 is one of the answers, and it's a trap answer. The point labeled T represents three products, and thus should be counted three times, so we get a real total of 7. So the answer is B.
