In this file, we can figure out that the angular might well bisect the right angle into 45。vs.45。. However, we can quite notice that x<y or X=Y。

We can see because of the two angles of 45°, that is a right triangle.
This right triangles can have different combinations in their other two sides as we can see in the picture, so without any other information we cannot determine the relation between x and y.
