I. n/2 is a factor of n
II.LCM(n,n+10) is an even number.
A. Statement A is enough to answer the question
B. Statement B is enough to answer the question
C. Both statements are needed.
D. None of the statements are needed to answer the question
For this question, my answer would be A and B, but I am uncertain. Here is what I thought.
The stem tells us that a a positive integer n has exactly two positive factors. That clearly shows that b is a PRIME.
Then, for one of factor of n to be divisible by 2, we can deduce that n is 2. Thus, statement I (A?) is enough to answer the question.
For II, LCM(n,n+10) is an even number. only prime number 2 satisfy the statement, Thus, statement II (B?) is enough to answer the question.
Thus, I chose A and B. But, I exclude C, since A and B are NOT both needed.
