Reading RC passages before answering questions ?

I am currently preparing for GRE and not specifically preparing for TOEFL other than giving mock tests, is it sufficient ? In the OFFICIAL ETS mock tests I save time by not reading the entire RC at the beginning of the questionnaire rather only read them once I have specific questions to answer about a particular paragraph or sentence. Is the format exactly the same as the mock tests

If you do mean: the RC passages in powerprep software and official ETS test are the same, then the answer is YES.
