If my first section is verbal and i dont do well on that, the second section being quants will it be easy? Or will it be of average difficulty since it is the first section in quants. In this manner the first section is very important in this test?

You are ability assessed in the first section, both quant and verbal, will make the next two sections more difficult or not. This will give you after the end of the test your overall score.
