A. Quantity A is greater.
B. Quantity B is greater.
C. The two quantities are equal.
D. The relationship cannot be determined from the information given.
The answer is B. I do not know why is that because I thought the 3 digit could be as example 426 and 317, so I can also assume it is going to be 244 and 739
so my answer is D but I got it wrong. Could any one explain that to me ?

back to your question. It says only 3 digit integers and that's it. You cannot assume they are consecutive or not or anything else.
It is not a clear question. The answer is D but for different reasoning.
If we have A the minimum possible configuration for 3 even numbers, then we do have 200 and for B 111 so the answer is A.
If we do have for A 222 and for B 373 the answer is B.
So is impossible to have B as the right answer.

Actually B is the answer
The number of 3 digit numbers whose all the digits even has 3 slots to get filled by (0,2,4,6,8). But the first slot cannot be 0, so it can be filled in 4 ways, the rest of the two slots can be filled in 5 ways each. Hence A is 4*5*5.
The number of ways in which all the 3 digits are odd is 5*5*5 .
Hence B is the answer
The number of 3 digit numbers whose all the digits even has 3 slots to get filled by (0,2,4,6,8). But the first slot cannot be 0, so it can be filled in 4 ways, the rest of the two slots can be filled in 5 ways each. Hence A is 4*5*5.
