Job Prospects post an MS in Electrical Engg at US?

Hello,
I graduated from one of the top 10 engg colleges in India, unfortunately I have a low CGPA and had 3 backlogs. But, now I am working as an Electrical Engineer inside a construction site in an oil and gas refinery at a gulf country. I am planning to give a GRE or GMAT and apply for the 2019/2020 intake for an MS in some field of Electrical Engineering.
Being an Indian and also a Muslim, how does my job prospect look after a degree. I wil surely need a job in the US to support my family. and also, what colleges am I eligible considering low acads but good experience of 2+ years.
