I got the answer right but I belive the way I made my pattern for the solution of this question is was pedestrian- if anyone could solve it in a more slick manner then it is most welcome.
For me I made two equation
X=3k+0---eq 1
X=4K+0
now multile of 3 as per eq 1 are as follows
3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30--- as we can see 12 and 24 can be dividend completely by 12 which is 3*4 hence I chose the answer B..
this took TIME ..any shortcut pls welcome
