We can cancel out the two r in Quantity A. Also we can cancel out the two s in Quantity B.
After simplifying both quantities we'll get,
Quantity A: s
Quantity B: r
As it is given that r is greater than s
Thus, Quantity B is greater.

Quantity A: rs/r
Quantity B: rs/s
Since r and s DO NOT equal 0, we can safely simplify the two quantities to get:
Quantity A: s
Quantity B: r
Since we're told that r > s > 0, we can conclude that r is greater.
