Explanation

The two quantities are equal.
Note that in Quantity A:

\(-5 \times 1 \div 5 = -5 \div 5 = -1\)

In Quantity B:

\(-6 \times 1 \div 6 = -6 \div 6 = -1\)

Hence option C is correct!
