To MAXIMIZE the amount one person donated, we must MINIMIZE the amount everyone else donated.
The minimum donation for 15 employees is $12, so let's say all 15 of them donated $12 for a total of $180
The minimum donation for 9 employees is $19, so let's say all 9 of them donated $19 for a total of $171
Total amount donated so far = $180 + $171 = $351
So, the amount the last person donated = $450 - $351 = $99
Answer: 99
