Using smart numbers, let's say the team played 100 games

80% = 80 games were played by end of July
50% of 80 games = 40 games were won

20% = 20 games were played after July
60% of 20 games = 12 games were won

Total games won = 40 + 12 = 52.

The two quantities are equal. Answer C.
