Servile and obsequious are the perfect match as it is mentioned that humble and honorific language is assumed as servile and obsequious to an ear accustomed to more egalitarian phrasings.

We need something in the blank that is opposite of "egalitarian" which means equality for all. In this case only servile and obsequious is opposite.
