The concept being tested is that there is a relationship between the length of the sides of a triangle and the angles opposite to them. The angles opposite to the largest and the smallest sides are correspondingly the largest and the smallest angles in the triangle.

Thus angle C is opposite to side AB=12 is larger than angle A opposite to side BC=5

But there is no mathematical relationship between the sides and the angles. We can only be sure, that larger the side, the greater the opposite angle.
