If 1 sack of rice is worth \(\frac{1}{3}\) of a bushel of tomatoes, buying the whole bushel would require 3 sacks of rice.
Quantity B is equal to 3.
The math is a bit tougher in Quantity A, but no calculation is really required—if a sack trades for 2.5 pounds of beans, a single pound of beans is worth less than a sack of rice. Quantity A is less than 1.
Hence option B is correct!

Absolutely:
1 sac of rice is cheaper than 1 Bushel of tomatoes cos 1/3 bushel of tomatos are would require 3 sac of rice.
For option A
we can logically derive that 1 sac of rice is need to buy 2.5 pounds of beans but the option A states that we simply need 1 pound of beans therefore the less tha 1 sac of rice is required to buy 1 pound of bean.
One need to ask, what is cheap compared to rice.
