1 jin = 14 daks
Now a square with a side length of 2 jins (28 daks) will have 14 squares on each side. This will be like a matrix of squares with 14 in a row and 14 columns.

Simple In both queries they mentioned sides of 28 and 2 but how many squares to fit in Hence, 28 square divided by 2 square which is 144 28^2/2^2 = 144

Be careful with calculations.. 12*12=144 but we have here 14*14, which is 196

#Given 14 Daks =1 Jin Needed the number of squares with a side length of 2 daks can fit in a square with a side length of 2 jin.... 2 Jin= 14*2=28 Daks, Hance two squares (28 daks & 2 daks) Number of squares needed=28^2/2^2=196 (answer)
