This is one of the ones where a big calculator would help.
First flip the negative exponents from denominator to numerator and vice versa. Next note 25^7 is 5^2^7 or 5^14. The 8 you took to the numerator is 2^3. In the denominator you have 10^8, which is 5^8 * 2^8. 20^6 is 5^6 * 4^6, or 2^12. All should cross out to give you 1/2. Answer is B.
