Since you may get this question correct with the wrong thinking (only looking at the gross sales), here is a quick explanation for why the answer is what it is:
Because the question asks for gross sale per theater, you need to divide each gross sale number by the number of theaters. You DON'T need to pull up a calculator and waste time on that for this question, however. Simply notice that Alice in Wonderland screened on fewer theaters than the other 4 movies, and still had a higher gross sale number, and realize that that means that it had the highest gross per theater.
Noticing things like that on the real test is key for not running low on time.

See the units of gross sales (millions of dollars) and the number of theaters (units). For all the options the gross per theater will be affected more by the numerator by the scale (Gross sales/theaters). Note that the number of theaters is around 4000 but the gross sales oscillate between 292.6 million (Inception) and 334.2 million (Alice in Wonderland). In the reason -Gross sales/theaters- as the variation (standard deviation) of the numerator is soo bigger than denominator you can see only the gross sales. In other words, as the variation of the numerator is bigger (in millions) than the denominator (in units) you can ordinate the numbers by the numerator.
