if we look at the option choices in GRE they are accedning in nature.
Question is asking us what is the MAX median when the 3 distribute the money amongst themselfs
Question has not memntion that they have distributed the money equally amongst them selfs.
option E is 202 this is the max sum of the number this can not be the answer cos then it will not be the MAX median.
It has to be 101 as the remaining 101 can be distributed in the remianing 2 people.

To maximize a median, one needs to minimize both the lower number and the higher number. the Lower number can be as low as 0, and the higher number can be as low as the median itself. So just take the total sum (=202) and divide by 2 to get 101 => we get 0, 101, 101.
