B. The quantity in Column B is greater
C. The two quantities are equal
D. The relationship cannot be determined from the information given
Kudos for the right answer and solution.
Whenever you are comparing two number, first equalise the number of digits by adding 0 where ever required and then compare the terms from LEFT..
Say you are comparing 268.45 and 45.79
So make it 268.45 and 045.79.......start comparison from left 2 is greater than 0, so 268.45 is bigger.
Back to the question..
76.088 and 76.10.....76.088 and 76.100
Same number of digits.. start from left..
7 and 7
6 and 6
0 and 1....so 76.10 is bigger
B
