Vertically opposite angles are equal, so y = 60
Angles in a triangle add to 180°
So, we can write: x + x + 60 = 180
Simplify: 2x + 60 = 180
Solve: x = 60
So, y = 60 and x = 60
Answer: C

Just draw a circle and you will find that x and y are equal
