Let us consider that this parallelogram is a rectangle because rectangle is a special kind of a parallelogram.
Area of a rectangle is length * breadth = 10*5 = 50
In this case A>B
However it could be a parallelogram such that the height of the parallelogram is 3 and the area is therefore 3*10 = 30
In this case A=B
