The radius could be <3 or >3 depending on if AB is less than the diameter or greater than the diameter of the circle.
The Diameter has to run through he center of the circle; the radius has to originate at the center of the circle. The diameter is the LONGEST line that can extend through a circle.
If there's a straight line extending through the circle and it's
not the diameter, then we know that line is smaller than the diameter.
In our case, this smaller line (AB) is 6, and half of that line is 3. Since this line isn't running through the center of the circle, we know this line is smaller than the actual diameter, and therefore the real diameter is greater than 6, and the real radius is greater than 3
