I found a solution in other forum.

Check the diagram
\(\triangle\) ABC is similar to \(\triangle\) CDE
So, corresponding sides are also similar
\(\frac{12}{7.2} = \frac{13}{k}\)
\(k = 13 * \frac{7.2}{12} = 7.8\)
Answer = A
