Choice A an be checked in the first chart. The number of students enrolled in private 2-year schools are approximately the same.
Choice B can be checked in the second chart. The percentage is approximately the same too.
Choice C can be checked in the second chart. The percentage increase in enrollment in 2-year schools, ignoring private that stays almost zero, is approximately (38-29)/29*100 = 31% that is greater than 25%.
All the answers are correct!
