If the lines are perpendicular, then the slope of line n is the negative reciprocal of m. Line m passes through the origin so the x-intercept is 0. We don't have to know the x-intercept for n since anything times zero will also be zero.

Quantity A

m*n = -1

Quantity B

m*n =0

B is the correct answer.
