Move in the counterclock direction and add the angles to get the angle between two lines. Refer to the figure below:

For example line e to d is 40 degree and line e to c is 40 + 55 =95 degrees. So if we keep on adding the angles and get to a number of 180 degrees then those two lines would be parallel.
For example angles between line A and F is = 30+35+32+45+36=178. Not parallel
Now start the same thing for B and go till line G = 40+30+35+32+45=182 Not parallel
..
..
Between E and J = 40+35+35+40+30=180 Parallel
Hence E.
No need to keep on adding after 180 is reached. Any line beyond 180 will not be parallel.
