a>90 implies that b<90 as a+b = 180.
Also, f+g =180 and e+h = 180
So,
Quantity A = 180 + (some value >90)
Quantity B = 180 + (some value <90)
Thus, A is clearly larger

When two parallel lines are traversed by a slanted third line:
All of the big angles are equal
All of the small angles are equal

In the figure above:
Big angles = a, c, e and g
Small angles = b, d, f and h

Quantity A = a + f + g = big + small + big
Quantity B = b + e + h = small + big + small
Quantity A has 2 big angles and 1 small angle, while Quantity B has 2 small angles and 1 big angle.
Thus, Quantity A is larger.
