The average (arithmetic mean) of x, y, and z => A=\(\frac{x+y+z}{3}\)
The average (arithmetic mean) of 0.5x, 0.5y, and 0.5z => B=\(\frac{0.5x+0.5y+0.5z}{3}=0.5*\frac{x+y+z}{3}=0.5A\)

so we are comparing A and 0.5A..
when A = 0, both are equal that is A=B
when A>0, A>0.5A
when A<0, A<0.5A

hence the relation cannot be detremined..
