We can conclude here that they can't acquire ammonia and methane.
So, they don't have.
May someone clarify where is my pitfall here?
Answer: The passage doesn't specify if the satellites of Jupiter had methane and ammonia available. The Titan absorbed these gases because of low temperature but the Jupiter's moons didn't absorb these gases because of high temperature. The Titan has low temperature because it is farther from the sun.
