k is a set of consecutive integers where mean equals the mode what is the greatest integer of set k?
Are you sure if the question is complete?
The question was forwarded to me in such a way only.Even I feel there must be some limits defined for k because for consecutive integers if I'M not wrong the mean and median are equal. What are your thoughts regarding the same? how would you approach this question?

In the present state the question does not mean anything..
a set of consecutive integers means all elements are distinct Distinct integers will have all values as MODE, a value that repeats the max time.. greatest value in the set would depend on some more info

The question stated that mean equals the median; I have made the correction, any way to solve it now ?

Hi.. Consecutive integers always has "mean=median" For example 3,4,5.... 4 is mean and median 3,4,5,6 .... 4.5 is mean and median So cannot be determined
