Hi. No, these are completely different companies that have very different scale and resources. Manhattan Prep is a very large powerhouse. Manhattan review is a much smaller and limited outfit that some have claimed drives a lot of its sales through name confusion.

However, the prep material provided by Manhattan review is pretty decent.
